-Rachelle BoydHuff has been a Nurse for over 20 years and a caregiver for over 30 plus years. Rachelle got her start in caregiving in 1990 when she started caring for her grandmother with multiple myeloma and promised her on her death bed that she would care for others.
Over the last 13 years she has been a caregiver for her ill father in law and many others and she herself suffered from caregiver burnout and multiple hospitalizations. Through the process of navigating through her own caregiver journey she decided to do something to help other caregivers who too were suffering in silence.
Rachelle has not only started this non-profit she has also written a caregiver journal and e-book to help other caregivers document their journey and have a safe space to express their feelings without being judged.
